Open the parent app at the kiosk, hold up the rotating QR code, and your child is signed in. The code changes every 30 seconds using the same standard banks use for two-factor authentication — so screenshots don’t work, replay attacks can’t happen, and a leaked code is expired before anyone can use it.

  • 4 seconds at the door — faster than typing a PIN, faster than fumbling for keys.
  • PIN fallback for grandparents who’d rather not have the app.
  • Approved-collector flow — an approved collector gets their own door PIN, so you never share your login.
  • Per-child secret — a breach at one nursery can’t affect any other.
  • Single use only — once scanned, that code is dead, so even a leaked screenshot can’t be replayed.

What we will never do.

No tracking pixels
No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no Hotjar, no session recording. We don't know which screens you spent time on and we don't want to.
No marketing from us
ParentLink never markets to you. Your nursery may send its own newsletter or news of spare places — and you can switch those off in the app.
One-click data export
Ask your nursery and they export everything held about your child — profile, attendance, care records, medication, photos, messages, documents and billing — as a single file. GDPR Article 15, answered in full.
Only what the law requires
When your child leaves, the nursery keeps only what the law requires it to keep. You can ask the nursery to erase the rest, and ParentLink carries it out.
You control notifications
Turn notifications on or off for each device, and choose sound, vibrate or silent. Change it from the app, any time.
Optional 2FA
Turn on TOTP-based two-factor authentication from the settings page. Works with any standard authenticator app.
